Call taxi experience
I was traveling in a calltaxi. The driver was too fast and it seems angry on some one. Driving like that. He was claiming that he was driving for years on Singapore and the rules there are pakka so he is very disturbed with all politicians and the law makers here. I was trying to make him aware that India is a very vast and diversive country, but he seems very adamant. He was scolding all the way specially bikers. One time I stopped him and say that understand them also, he was randomly making assumption that I am a biker so I support. I decided to stop because there is no points talking to people with pre defined mind. He was claiming that he drives taxi in Singapore, which is the best road and traffic country according to him, but even understanding his points I am 100% against him he has only his views, he is not seeing the beauty of India. And the way he drives was very rash and zig zag manner, which confuse and make me anger.
The first thing that all these drivers need orientation and anger management, they know that Indian traffic are like that in peek hours then why they drive on the time. I request all these type of people to drive on non peek hours or go back to other country they like to drive, else go for other occupation.

Nascom Meeting
It was not a very interactive meeting but it has some of the inputs to take away. It was a good combination for startup and well settled company. The presentation was really good and the time management of the speaker was remarkable. It was really interesting to a QA person who is looking for more options and have hurdles in front.
The speaker was really experienced and gone through difficulties according to his talks. It was really interesting to see others present like this. But was not very interactive, through all audience that may be people like me are sitting there.
What I get from the meeting, able to meet couple of people, got some ideas of conducting a presentation, got some idea what big companies process is and a high tea.
Silent point: it is very difficult to sit 2 hrs with QA people surrounded by you.;)
Nutshell:
It was good with some take always points and emphasis of process.

Different brains and stroms
I see power thought's, trying to dominate, trying to sell what is not good, impose on others. All these are different dimensions of human minds I believe. Good think is sometimes I will get irritated but God give me ability to get out that after a quick refresh.
I have seen storms in the meeting for nothing, to dominate the thoughts. They may be correct in some way, but it is not an autonomous decision, some of the people's think that that are correct always, acceptance is missing. These days I am asking myself more times where I am in this group, if I get a chance. Also may dominate ( may be). But my things are to dominate the decision why need a meeting a press release is enough, this is I need from you. I may not pay you or not but it is your group responsibility. One truth is this is how the meeting runs. And no body is satisfied.
Different brains causes storms, the storms can make wonders of changes if it is healthy, else it is a destroying wind.

Think One Step below
Even your seniors, who are supposed to be put the right path before us are pretending and behaving the way that the culture should change to selfishness. It is a common phenomena now a days, in your society, office, small gathering...
In simple language, for me to get better I will use you, or use and throw, no bothering about your problems.
Can we be different from this???
Couple of months before when I was travelling I found a captain of Indian Navy, he was telling I am reaching home atleast in 3 months, i used to think about the people working in middle east or in Army, who were not able to see the family for almost a year or two.
It is better to see from that angle, seeing not the difficulties of us, but to thing that how we are blessed with this.
Can we make this world different by thinking one step back?
