Driving Motors

I was driving today morning and suddenly start hearing some motor sound. It took a minute to recognize the sound is coming from my vehicle, at the time i recognize we all are driving motors.
The same case for professionally also, if we are bothered about why all the things happening, we are always like driving motors. 

Different brains and stroms

These days I was sitting in meetings a lot time. I see dimensions of the mind's.
I see power thought's, trying to dominate, trying to sell what is not good, impose on others. All these are different dimensions of human minds I believe. Good think is sometimes I will get irritated but God give me ability to get out that after a quick refresh.
I have seen storms in the meeting for nothing, to dominate the thoughts. They may be correct in some way, but it is not an autonomous decision, some of the people's think that that are correct always, acceptance is missing. These days I am asking myself more times where I am in this group, if I get a chance. Also may dominate ( may be). But my things are to dominate the decision why need a meeting a press release is enough, this is I need from you. I may not pay you or not but it is your group responsibility. One truth is this is how the meeting runs. And no body is satisfied.
Different brains causes storms, the storms  can make wonders of changes if it is healthy, else it is a destroying wind.

Think One Step below

Always it is easier to see who is above us, but it is great to see who is below and to learn the difficulties/problems they are facing. we (social animal) are always selfish and need to get our things right, not even thinking of other's who are all the part and part of our life.

Even your seniors, who are supposed to be put the right path before us are pretending and behaving the way that the culture should change to selfishness. It is a common phenomena now a days, in your society, office, small gathering...
In simple language, for me to get better I will use you, or use and throw, no bothering about your problems.
Can we be different from this???

Couple of months before when I was travelling I found a captain of Indian Navy, he was telling I am reaching home atleast in 3 months, i used to think about the people working in middle east or in Army, who were not able to see the family for almost a year or two.
It is better to see from that angle, seeing not the difficulties of us, but to thing that how we are blessed with this.

Can we make this world different by thinking one step back?

Feeling of relaxation

Just felt relax when talked to a special friend after a long years, more than 10, felt like back into rhythm of old enthusiastic mood, talking about childhood etc... One of the cause of talking to my friend is because of facebook. The ways that God leads us, really interesting. I felt really happy, and thank God.

I was reading about the vanity and understanding that this is the exact same case King Solomon, son of King David was teaching.

Social everywhere

I was out of the network for quite sometime, but got in back, I think in another way these social sites are getting my more (sharing) with the circles, groups or whatever it means, and making my time consumed as well. It may be my feelings - I want the world to know I took pictures or I write something blah. blah... and share it with different people (family, school mates, friends....). Its a big time now.  Earlier to watch a marriage photo I walked to the house and get the album and see, later it becomes mail attachments, later picasa uploads, now if I ask some one they will tell look my facebook, orkut.... Great the innovations, but again is anyone getting hurt of all these, do I share more than the world is interested of, do I need to do this... these thoughts getting me whenever I do all these.. Do I only think like these or somebody else as well...

BBQ Grll

Studied how to operate a BBQ grill and how to make hand burgers, really cool ... The toughest part I found is how to identify that is cooked well or not. Next time need to try with charcoal and get the things right. Am getting interested in cooking now a days rather than eating outside, but I am sure my laziness drags me to the restaurant(s). Let see the grill make any difference or not..

Things need to make habit

Quick tboughts come to my mind
1. Be Honest
2. Don't include in others matter unless asked
3. Don't work with hard mind wih others
4. Make the priority and own resposibility.
5. Identify same wavelength people in org.
6. If you have no work assigned.try to learn.
7. Finish things accordigly at write time.
8. Be bold pn your character and decision
9. Say to learn NO
10. If somebody is playing around, get away from the scene

Over-involvement

Over-involvement (work) is on of the reason for the burndown, (this is one of the best idea that I got today).

When we are in high school and in college we are involved in everything, politics, class cutting, sports etc.... this is due to the energy level that we have better and to make the contribution as well. But in work environment this will be good if everything going fine, every one will be happy, but that will burndown you, when you start questioning you are supposed to get back kicks..
While reading some of the articles from one of the website I got some idea to control/Proritize/Stop it

1. What am I actually interested in?
2. What do I have the time to do?
3. Will my involvement be mutually beneficial?
4. Is there someone else who would be better suited for this leadership position?
 and adding my points/ thoughts to it includes
a.) Are you here for that.
b.) Is t your territory
d.) Do your involvement create problems

And I concluded "Better to get it to our territory only"
