Why need to blame others

For our own mistakes we used to blame others, to escape from the facts, why need to do that, my conclusion is  to get a good face in front of people, because that is why I also practice, lets try to change that.

Talk.. Talk.. Talk

It doesn't matter you know or not know, simply talk about the idea. Sometimes it make sense sometime not. But you can convince your manager. That is happening, Some people are gifted with this way of talking. I don't know what it is called.....
