Favorable notice

In day-to-day life there need to be take a lot of decisions, some will hit you back, some will make pay you a looot, but if you are sure in your mind and stand in the decision made with the help of God you will be getting favorable notice's after some time or after may a long time.

But the decision should be made with the help of God and you should be bold enough to hear whatever it comes from the mouth of the other's.

You must be care about taking the decision, once the decision is made and it can hurts some people but if you are taking the decision with a good intention or if you are sure the hurt will turn in to joyful, then the hurt will turn good for you.

I was reading through a book and get a thought of writing this note ..

Notes 8.5 Public Beta

I was trying to play with notes 8.5 public beta 1. It is really cool. The designer is completely changed. It looks like IDE and it is cool. The design elements are also changed.

This is the design navigator in the designer, the look and field was good. But not sure about how the application looks.

X-Pages is the component that is included in the notes 8.5, XPages are a web-only (at least for now) canvas upon which you can lay out various controls to produce radically new Domino application designs. if you i a google search you can find more about x- pages.

There is an option to view both in IE and in firefox in the Notes 8.5.

Is IBM hitting back with Lotus notes 8 in to the market? Will wait and see ... Hope back with more updates

Acting Smart

There are lot of players, who is not getting enough reputation or consideration, who are zealously working for there employer, country etc..

Those who are very humble and not ready to complain or argue for there works. The world it seems to ignore every thing, since the world know from the behaviour that they will work hard with full mind and with the ingenuous. The rewards will never be coming to them unless someone demanded it. In the earlier ages the people who are doing there work with honesty and perfection are considered as the smart people, and the challenges and the rewards are on the way. But the be who can act really smart are the smart guys(the industries defines it). The persons who can penetrate in to the soft corner of the boss and the worldly people can be smart these days. I believe that they can act as smart but not always. The consistent players are not making a lot of noises since they love to work with satisfaction than reputation, but as err is human and forgive is divine, these acts will spark the artless mans heart. Some kind of frustration, but that will not (should not) exist for a long time, then there will be no difference.

The consistent players will act always as they got opportunities (otherwise they will try to make the opportunity) to serve and the other people will make there mind saying that this is the persons attitude/behaviour and when a person who is not that much dedicated and do something for the name sake and will easily get noticed and the rewards will come to them :) (it is more easy to deceive people), this is good in one sense to get the fallacious to motivated. But don't ignore the other groups always.

The vision of the people is not get rewarded but the reward may be a good word can be motivate each and every person, else for what we need to live??

But the truth will not be hidden for entire lifecycle. One day or not, the players will be reputed atleast in some peoples mind (usually when they miss them), at that time all will measure the value of consistent players. The value of the eye can be only known when it is not there.

But honesty is the best policy and whoever is doing that will not fail or fall, the high esteem and honor will come to them in a way or another. so we can act smart always with the fulfillment of mind.

After a break

After  long time I am writing some thing, The reason for the laziness is the laziness. May be nothing to write... but now i thought of something to scribble in my blog... but now I will try to fill atleast something in this blog

Christmas Market

Last day me and 2 of my colleagues went to the Christmas market. It was nice to see the traditions, Peoples are dressing like middle age dresses and all. I used to see in the movies like (King Arthur, Troy..), It was a nice evening. We drink some honey with wine and eat some of the traditional food and came back. The christmas tree there was interesting. There are shops which sell Arrows and bow, knifes, all the war swords etc... I thought of buying that but i don't want to go back to middevel period. Hope there will be more markets coming in the next week and i can see more interesting stuffs to keep as memory.

Apart from the celebration and tradition the christmas is some think related to the heart.
